We held our second Strategic Planning Steering Committee meeting on April 30. We were joined by Erica Bota, a vibrant and talented graphic artist, from ThinkLink Graphics. Erica listened intently to 44 different report-outs of focus groups that have taken place since March 1 (both internally within HSN and HSNRI, and externally), as well as a recap of the nine electronic brainstorming sessions and the two Speaker Series events that have occurred to date.

This is all valuable input that is informing our thinking about HSN and HSNRI’s future strategic directions. Erica captured all of this in a very visual way. It is said a picture is worth a thousand words and that rings true with Erica’s design.
